3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Paid plans renew as disclosed at signup unless cancelled before the next billing date. Fees, taxes, trial terms, usage limits, and refund conditions are shown during checkout or in your plan details. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with operations, access data without authorization, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or use the service to violate applicable law or third-party terms.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or audit advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, settings, and business decisions. Any marketing or performance statements must be understood consistently with 不当景品類及び不当表示防止法.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including applicable rules under 消費者契約法.

10. Orders, Confirmation, and Corrections

Where users subscribe or purchase online, the flow should present confirmation and correction opportunities before completion in line with 電子消費者契約に関する民法の特例に関する法律.

12. Changes and Governing Law
